Worthing Counselling Centre

Find a way forward.

Worthing Counselling Centre is the new name for Offington Counselling Service

We provide a high quality and confidential service, allowing you to talk through problems or difficulties with a counsellor who will listen without judging. We help you to think about and explore your situation to find  a way forward.

Organisations also use our services

to support their staff.

We are a BACP (The British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) accredited service. BACP Accredited Services are high quality, professionally managed therapeutic counselling/psychotherapy services that have been independently assessed as meeting BACP’s defined standards across a wide range of criteria.

Established in 1983, we are an independent local charity, serving the community of Worthing and surrounding areas.

We have helped thousands of people make changes in their lives and relationships to improve their emotional health and wellbeing, not only to benefit themselves but their families and communities too.

Our charitable aim is to provide counselling as widely as possible without profit. We are not funded by the NHS or central government.
